FAQ’s

  • Where do I pick up the key to my rental?

    All our properties have keyless entry systems. Our reservation specialist will email you 3 days before your stay with your check in information including your lock box code.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    For all properties, check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am.

  • Are early and late check-outs an option?

    Yes, there is an option for early and late check-out. This option is only available for off- peak season times (October-May) and my not always be available. Please ask your reservation specialist about this. Early check ins are 2:00 pm and late check outs are 11pm. If wanting earlier/later, than fees may apply.

  • Can we clean to avoid the cleaning fee?

    The cleaning fee is to clean the home for your arrival, not for your departure. It is non-refundable.

  • Are there washer and dryers available for use?

    Yes, all of our homes come with a washer and dryer. However, laundry detergent and supplies are not included. You must provide your own detergent. We will provide the detergent for the load of towels we ask that you start as you depart the unit however.

  • Can we bring pets?

    Some of our homes do allow pets and some do not. Pet Fees are determined by the individual properties. However, there is a $250 additional cleaning charge for cleaning any unit that does not allow pets and it is determined a pet has been in the unit. If your unit does not allow pets we can refer you to some local boarding options if that is necessary. Please ask your reservation specialist for more details.

  • How soon do I get my security deposit back?

    Security deposits are addressed on a property by property basis and are refunded in accordance with Alabama law.

  • Do any of the rentals allow smoking?

    We have no rentals allowing smoking in the unit. There is a $250 fee for cleaning any unit that has had smoking occur. All smoking must take place out doors and buts disposed of properly in trash recepticals.

  • Do the homes have Wi-Fi connections?

    Yes, all our homes have high speed Wifi internet.

  • Do we have any wheelchair accessible homes?

    We have a couple homes that may be wheelchair accessible, please ask our reservation specialist for specific details.

  • What do we do with our garbage?

    Every home has a dumpster or outdoor garbage cans, please use those.

  • What if I damage something or I notice something damaged in the house when I arrive?

    Accidents happen and if you unintentionally damage something you are covered under your damage liability waiver that you purchased at the time of your reservation. We make every effort to make sure your home is ready upon arrival. If something is broken by you or you find something broken, please notify our office immediately so we may get a replacement over to you and to document it for the owners of the homes. 251.802.1923

  • Where can I receive packages/shipments?

    Every property will have a different address. Your Check In information will have those details for you. If you would like to have items shipped before you arive to have available for you please contact us to coordinate that for you.
